Affiliate Program Terms

1) Eligibility & Enrollment

• You must have a valid Coinfira account in good standing.
• We may approve, refuse, or suspend enrollment at our discretion for risk, compliance, or technical reasons.
• You are responsible for accurate profile and payout information.

2) Referral Links & Codes

• The Program uses referral links and/or codes shown in your dashboard.
• Referrals are attributed when a new user signs up via your link/code and meets the qualifying criteria (e.g., creates an account and places a valid paid order).

3) Commission Structure

• Commission rates, tiers, and any caps are displayed in your dashboard and may change for future referrals.
• Commissions accrue only on qualified transactions (successful, paid orders that are not refunded or reversed).
• We may exclude certain SKUs, discounts, credits, or internal test orders from commission eligibility.

4) Qualified Referrals & Disqualification

• No self-referrals or circular activity (e.g., your own accounts, employees under your control).
• No referrals from spam, misleading claims, coupon-stuffing, cookie stuffing, or incentivized clicks that we deem abusive.
• Referrals originating from prohibited jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, or fraudulent activity will be rejected.

5) Payouts

• Payout schedule and minimum threshold (e.g., monthly; threshold amount) are shown in your dashboard.
• Payout methods (e.g., TRX/USDT on TRON) are listed in the dashboard and may change.
• Incomplete or invalid payout details may delay payment until corrected.

6) Refunds & Reversals

• We may deduct future commissions to offset prior overpayments or invalid referrals.
• We may suspend payouts during investigations of suspected abuse or fraud.

7) Marketing Conduct & Restrictions

• No misleading claims, false endorsements, or guarantees about Coinfira or third parties.
• No paid search bidding on our trademarks or close variants; no pretending to be Coinfira.
• No spam emails, unsolicited DMs, or posting referral links where prohibited.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g., clear “affiliate link” labels).
• Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and platform policies.

8) Brand & Content Usage

• You may use officially provided logos and copy as-is; do not alter or create confusingly similar branding.
• Do not register domains, social handles, or ads that suggest official ownership or partnership.
• We may request removal or modification of any content that misuses our brand or misrepresents the Services.

9) Data Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not collect, process, or share personal data about referred users beyond what is necessary and permitted. Keep your account and referral data secure.

10) Compliance & Acceptable Use

You must follow our Terms & Conditions (including Acceptable Use). We may suspend or terminate your participation for risk, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons.

11) Term, Suspension & Termination

• The Program continues until terminated by either party. You may leave at any time via dashboard support.
• We may suspend or terminate participation immediately for breach, fraud, or policy violations.
• Upon termination, unpaid eligible commissions up to the termination date will be paid on the next cycle (subject to reversals and thresholds).

12) Changes to the Program

We may update rates, eligibility, attribution rules, payout thresholds, or these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the dashboard or on this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

13) Liability & Disclaimers

• The Program is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee any minimum conversions or earnings.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
• In any case, our aggregate liability related to the Program will not exceed total commissions actually paid to you in the prior three (3) months.
